Meditation can make you finally a happy and complete person, who loves his job and motivate your employees and colleagues to do a better job.

Different Meditation Techniques

While there are hundreds of meditation techniques, only a few are suitable for work. We will talk about transcendental, guided and mindfulness meditation techniques.

Mindfulness Meditation

Many people mistake this method with insight meditation. They have some similar elements, but their goal differs. Through insight meditation, you take a personal journey through life, and battle all the moments that can stop you from achieving your goal.

The mindfulness technique clears your mind until you balance all of your emotions. Most results of this method are achieved while in a group. That’s why you’ve heard about the mindfulness during breaks and off-work hangouts.

How Does Mindfulness Meditation Work?

Like every meditation technique, it starts with the breathing exercise – in and out. Free your boundaries and let your mind wander. See where your mind goes, and try to let it all go. Let it be in your mind, but focus on your breathing. Everything that happens in your mind fuels your creativity. Use all of your thoughts as your creation well. A new door will open and a brand new dimension to explore. You are the most important person in the universe, everything that surrounds you respects you and gives you power. The mediation ends when you balance the emotional state.

Begin your Meetings With Meditation

Every meeting can last for hours and bring a lot of tension. Everything going as planned, but there are high expectations from the board. You can feel the tension hidden deep inside of everyone. Time to relax, relax those muscles and meditate!

Everyone sitting on their chairs in a dark room closed eyes and deep breathes. You shall be the leader and guide everyone’s breathing. When everyone is in sync, you continue for at least 15 minutes until you feel that everyone is calmed. At the end of the exercise, instruct your workers to put their hand on their chest and say positive phrases like “I am calm”, “I feel only gratitude” and “I am perfect”. The meeting can start in a calmed and relaxed atmosphere.

Conclusion

We hope that this article will help your company become more efficient with the meditation techniques we explained. Remember, if your employees are happy, calmed and relaxed they will be more productive, loyal and work harder!

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
